As a Senior Legal Professional with 12 - 15 years of experience in Legal and Corporate law, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters. Your key responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and closing various types of agreements such as Business agreements, Banking agreements, Partner Agreements, website terms of use, privacy policy, Vendor agreements, Licensing, and Service Provider agreements. You will be working on both foreign and Indian regulatory aspects of business and fintech laws, providing advice to internal stakeholders, and liaising with external counsels. Your role will also involve knowledge and implementation of privacy laws, offering advice and strategic support on technology law, licensing, and other intellectual property matters. Additionally, you will be handling any other legal matters as assigned by the General Counsel. To excel in this role, you should be able to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships within the legal framework. Demonstrating outstanding judgment and consistently making sound decisions will be crucial. Experience in designing, implementing, and executing commercial, transaction, and related processes is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for clear and empathetic interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Your competencies should include in-depth knowledge of Contract law and procedures, fintech laws, and privacy compliance aspects. Good organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills will be necessary to handle various legal matters efficiently. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration within the team and with external parties. As a team player, you will be responsible for legal matters with a solid understanding of the domain.
