Role Description

As the Unit HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR function for the unit, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, training & development, and employee relations. You will act as a strategic partner to the unit head, driving a high-performance culture and fostering a positive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function at the unit level and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Partner with unit leadership to develop and execute manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance related to labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary proceedings in line with company policy.
  • Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate HR team to ensure alignment of policies, systems, and culture.
  • Implement learning and development programs to build employee capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, analytics, and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Implement NABH standards as per HRM chapter


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations at the unit level.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and modern HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
