Position: Business Development Manager/Senior Manager

Level: Manager (L6)


Reports To: Head of Sales/ Director - Business Development Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our BPO sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling outsourcing services, generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and growing our presence in the domestic and/or international BPO markets.


Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for BPO services (voice/non-voice, inbound/outbound, back-office, etc.) Generate qualified leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, online research, and digital campaigns. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals and market trends. Conduct client meetings and presentations (virtual or in-person) to pitch services and understand needs. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for prospects throughout the sales cycle.


Pipeline & Performance Management Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track all sales activities using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management Market & Industry Knowledge Stay updated on BPO industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and regulatory developments. Identify new markets, industry verticals, and geographies for expansion. Requirements: Experience in sales/business development in a BPO or outsourcing environment. Strong understanding of BPO services and sales cycles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as needed
