About the Role:

Institutional Sales professional

CFOs, Treasurers, and Treasury Heads

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and grow institutional relationships across
Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, FIs, and Family Offices
Mobilize deposits and investments in fixed income and treasury products
Structure and pitch investment offerings such as
FDs, Bonds, CPs, Mutual Funds, and Lending Solutions
Engage with
Treasury Heads, CFOs, and key decision-makers
Build and manage a strong client pipeline and drive wallet share
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery, compliance, and client servicing
Track market developments to provide insights and enhance sales strategy

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
4+ years
in Institutional/Treasury Sales (Banking, NBFC, AMC, or Institutional Distribution)
Strong relationships within the
treasury and corporate finance ecosystem
Sound knowledge of
Fixed Income markets, treasury products, and cash management solutions
Excellent relationship management, deal structuring, and execution capabilities
NISM Series VA (or equivalent) preferred
Commercially sharp with high integrity and compliance orientation
