Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing and experienced professional to lead Sales & Marketing / Branding initiatives for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B marketing, branding, and corporate leasing/sales.
Prior experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive Sales & Marketing operations for commercial leasing & sales.
Develop corporate client relationships and close high-value leasing/sales deals.
Lead channel partners, brokers & corporate outreach programs.
Manage digital presence, CRM, property listings & brand visibility campaigns.
Conduct market analysis and prepare performance and MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business closure.
Represent the brand in corporate meetings, events & networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 to12+ years experience in Sales & Marketing for Commercial Real Estate.
Strong corporate networking & negotiation capability.
Experience in leasing to technology companies & corporate clients preferred.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
