Role & responsibilities:

Inquiry given to vendors Make comparison, Costing & accordingly raised PR to PO New Vendor Develop Registration.
Audit & start development as per our drgs.
Looking over all D&D projects of RA Export, OE & Casting Development
Communication between Vendor & Design up to PPAP Batch submission
Develop aluminum, Turning, Press, MS, FRP, Brass, Fan guard, Thrash guard, Brackets, Rubber Hose
Critical part like Floating Valve, Bend Pipes MS & Aluminium , SS Oil cooler, Mechanical Bonded oil cooler
Fan & Motor inquiry
Costing of Bkt, Turned parts, Rubber Hoses ,Brass, Bend Pipes, Thrash guard,Bush Pipe, make up pipe,Press parts
Technical details / Feasibility check of components
Negotiation with suppliers
PO release as per Capital, Subcontracting & Regular PO
Develop Rubber Parts in Banco Ankhi
Proposal Make for approval
Cost saving of Seal foam (alternate grade) & Hex Flange screw
First part sample inspection submission process & coordination
F/UP for sample report
Sharing report to concern supplier & taking back second sample if any NC observed in inspection report
Re-submission of sample to quality & repeat process
