- Constantly in touch with customers specially NON NRF in Africa, Middle East, and South America via phone as well as email as second contact for customers.
- Retrieving obsolete clients or sending intro to prosect under the guidance and monitoring of immediate manager in above assigned region.
- Attend customers calls in absence of Manager travelling abroad.
- Communicate in email to customers not buying models given my manager after their study to push joint sales for future order check, mainly excel work.
- Prepare Case to case customer study in excel on YTY basis for joint discussion with Experienced manager to retrieve sales and get recommendation for customers.
- Maintain cross reference database given from product management for manager and customer handy.
- Responding customer emails over various minor points with manager guidance on day-to-day basis. (Min 40 emails exchange daily)
