The Brand Relationship Manager - Enphase will be responsible for brand sales, business development, and relationship management with Enphase Energy. The role involves working closely with brand principals, customers, and internal teams to drive brand expansion, order processing, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Brand Sales & Business Development: Support the local Brand Head in managing Enphase brand sales. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, customer base, and brand presence in the assigned region. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for Enphase products. Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive brand-specific sales. Ensure sales targets and purchase commitments are met as per agreements with Enphase Energy. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the local Enphase Principal Brand Team. Act as the face of the company , ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and Enphase representatives. Support RMs in closing high-value deals and quotation processes. Training & Coordination: Conduct product training sessions for the segments technical team and RMs to enhance their selling capability. Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and turnover. Work closely with the Business Managers and Brand Head to ensure alignment with Enphase s sales objectives. Financial & Commercial Responsibilities: Ensure gross profit (GP) targets for the brand are met. Monitor and manage stock levels at local warehouses. Maintain a strong commercial understanding to balance stock management, profitability, and sales performance. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.Tech / B.E (Electrical / Mechanical) OR
