Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain, update, and organize digital financial records and documentation.
Review day-to-day business transactions and assist in preparing accurate financial reports.
Support the team in income tax research and basic US accounting procedures.
Assist in internal audits to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance.
Help organize and maintain federal, state, and local tax documents.
Support budgeting activities and financial analysis tasks.
Prepare periodic summaries and assist management with financial insights.
Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and policies.
Stay updated on basic industry and regulatory changes.
Respond to routine tax and accounting-related queries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic understanding of US tax regulations (training will be provided).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Workable knowledge of accounting software and MS Office tools.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
