Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and organize digital financial records and documentation.
  • Review day-to-day business transactions and assist in preparing accurate financial reports.
  • Support the team in income tax research and basic US accounting procedures.
  • Assist in internal audits to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance.
  • Help organize and maintain federal, state, and local tax documents.
  • Support budgeting activities and financial analysis tasks.
  • Prepare periodic summaries and assist management with financial insights.
  • Assist in developing and improving accounting processes and policies.
  • Stay updated on basic industry and regulatory changes.
  • Respond to routine tax and accounting-related queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of US tax regulations (training will be provided).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Workable knowledge of accounting software and MS Office tools.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
