Manager - US Accounting

Roles and Responsibilities (R2R):

• Manage end-to-end

  Record to Report (R2R)

  processes including journal entries, general ledger accounting, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate

  digital and physical financial records

  aligned with US GAAP.
• Perform

  account reconciliations

  for balance sheet accounts and resolve open items promptly.
• Analyze business transactions and provide accurate

  financial reports

  and insights.
• Support

  month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing

  activities.
• Handle

  intercompany accounting, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting

  .
• Conduct periodic reviews and

  internal audits

  to ensure accuracy of expenses, revenue, and financial statements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with

  federal, state, and local regulations

  .
• Assist in the

  budgeting and forecasting

  processes.
• Develop and implement effective

  accounting policies, SOPs, and process improvements

  .
• Stay updated on

  industry trends and regulatory changes

  .
• Address and resolve accounting-related queries, discrepancies, and variances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Accounting, Finance

  , or a related field.
• Strong understanding of

  US GAAP

  and R2R processes.
• Hands-on experience with

  QuickBooks

  and

  NetSuite

  accounting software.
• Proficiency in

  general ledger accounting

  , reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong

  analytical and problem-solving abilities

  .
• Strong skills in

  MS Office

  , especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
