 Manager - Two Wheeler - South & West 
 Job Purpose 
First link of management between the executors (field staff) and management. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills, able to relate to people at all levels of business and management. Responsible for delivery of business AOP objectives for the assigned geography.  Culture Anchor

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve business numbers with assigned line of channels (basis location and market potential).
  • People Management (Off roll)Hiring, retention, and productivity.
  • Sales governance through compliance with systems and processes.
  • Track, manage, and control PDD requirement compliance.
  • Reduce customer complaints and cancellations by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
  • Understand CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
  • Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.

  •  Major Challenges 
  • Training of self and their team.
  • Hiring the right candidate.
  • Smooth onboarding to help settle the employee well in the organization.
  • Smooth onboarding of new dealer/partner.
  • Retention of off-roll staff.

  •  Decisions 
  • Hiring of off-roll staff.
  • Approvals by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., clearing cases).
  • Lead allocation.
  • Field activity planning and closure.

  •  Interactions   Internal Clients: 
  • Connect with various internal departments (product, credit, operations, RCS, and compliance) to process files.
  • Connect with HR department for hiring and retention.
  •  External Clients: 
  • Engage with customers.
  • Map market competition.

  •  Dimensions   Financial Dimensions: 
  • From 45 to 70 cases MOM (depending on location and market potential).
  •  Other Dimensions:

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Educational Qualifications:  Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Good command in Excel is essential.
  •  Work Experience:  1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team.
  • Result-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
  • Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command over communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious and self-motivated.
