 Manager - Two Wheeler - South & West 
 Job Purpose 
This position acts as the first link of management between field staff and management. The role requires effective communication and exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. The primary responsibility is the delivery of business AOP objectives for the assigned geography.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve business numbers with the assigned line of channels (based on location and market potential)
  • People Management (Off-roll)Hiring, Retention & Productivity
  • Sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes
  • Responsible for tracking, managing & controlling PDD requirement compliance
  • Reduce customer complaints & cancellations by ensuring no miss-selling
  • Understanding of CRM such as Salesforce.com
  • Effectively engage with Credit, Operations & Risk teams
  • Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing

  •  Major Challenges 
  • Training of self and team members
  • Hiring the right candidates
  • Smooth onboarding to help settle employees in the organization
  • Smooth onboarding of new dealers/partners
  • Retention of off-roll staff

  •  Decisions 
  • Hiring of off-roll staff
  • Approvals by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., clearing cases)
  • Lead allocation
  • Field activity planning and closure

  •  Interactions   Internal Clients: 
  • Connect with various internal departments (product, credit, operations, compliance) to process files
  • Connect with HR department for hiring & retention
  •  External Clients: 
  • Engaging with customers
  • Mapping of market competition

  •  Dimensions   Financial Dimensions: 
  • From 45 to 70 Cases MOM (depending upon location and market potential)

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Educational Qualifications:  Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Good command of Excel is essential
  •  Work Experience:  1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
  • Result-oriented – Go-getter attitude is a must
  • Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
  • Excellent team management & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command over communication skills
