We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager – Finance & Accounting Outsourcing to lead and manage training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance within our F&A operations. This role will focus on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs specific to finance and accounting processes such as procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), record-to-report (R2R), and financial reporting for our outsourcing clients.
Job Description
Training Operations & Delivery:
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions across FAO verticals including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and FP&A.
  • Publish regular training updates and share insights with the Customer team.
  • Create and present weekly updates on training activities to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Monthly and Weekly Business Review updates for training projects.
Stakeholder & Client Interaction:
  • Review client feedback, internal audit findings, and propose actionable improvements for training-related projects.
  • Address client escalations and stakeholder concerns with timely and effective resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on training effectiveness and trainer performance.
  • Prepare for leadership reviews and updates, including the Monthly L&D updates.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and review GPP metrics to appraise trainers' performance aligned with organizational expectations.
  • Evaluate training sessions and share performance improvement feedback with trainers.
  • Identify and recognize top monthly performers
Learning Strategy & Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Operations, and Technology to drive process improvements and reduce errors.
  • Design and organize advanced workshops when required for developing the trainers and the internal stakeholders
  • Review and update training material for continuous improvement and relevance.
Trainer Development & Support:
  • Review trainers' personal and professional challenges and offer support or guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze random session recordings and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Offer insights and suggest enhancements based on training updates received from trainers.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
