Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about gifting, design, and client satisfaction. 

This role involves managing the curation, packaging, client interaction, and coordination that goes into delivering a memorable gifting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Curate thoughtful, brand-aligned gift hampers for personal and corporate clients

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with vendors for sourcing products and packaging material

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients for briefs, approvals, and delivery timelines

•⁠ ⁠Oversee quality control, packaging aesthetics, and timely dispatch

•⁠ ⁠Maintain inventory of gift items and packaging supplies

•⁠ ⁠Contribute creative ideas for seasonal collections and campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Handle order tracking, logistics, and client communication

•⁠ ⁠Social media understanding or product styling

Qualifications:

• Freshers with strong portfolios may apply

•⁠ ⁠Strong visual sense and attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Good organizational and time management skills

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with tools like Excel, Canva, Google Sheets, or inventory platforms

•⁠ ⁠Aesthetic sense and knowledge of trends in gifting, packaging, or styling

•⁠ ⁠Experience in handling bulk/corporate orders

•⁠ ⁠Vendor management exposure

Content Creation & Social Media:

•⁠ ⁠Capture product photos, behind-the-scenes, unboxing 

•⁠ ⁠Style products for flatlays, aesthetic setups, reels, and shoot days

•⁠ ⁠Record short videos/reels of gifting processes, making-of content, events, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the team on seasonal shoot planning and moodboards

•⁠ ⁠Plan and schedule content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram & other platforms

•⁠ ⁠Write captions, suggest trends, and assist with social media storytelling

•⁠ ⁠Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and help grow community

•⁠ ⁠Track content performance and help brainstorm new content ideas

•⁠ ⁠Use Canva or similar tools for light edits and visual consistency
