Tele Sales vertical


Role: Manager – Tele Sales (Loan Vertical)

Location: Mysuru


dynamic and result-oriented Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a tele-sales team of

    60+ members

    (Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Associates).
  • Drive sales performance for

    Business Loans & Personal Loans

    across the Karnataka region.
  • Monitor and improve productivity, lead conversion, and revenue growth through tele sales strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, quality guidelines, and customer experience standards.
  • Analyze sales reports, MIS, and team performance metrics to take corrective actions.
  • Implement training, coaching, and skill development programs for team members.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain team discipline, motivation, and a performance-driven culture.
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with

    7–12 years of experience

    in Sales/Tele Sales/Financial Services.
  • Minimum

    3–5 years of experience in managing large teams (50+ members)

    in a tele sales setup.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Loan Products

    (Business Loan/Personal Loan preferred).
  • Should know the Regional language.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in BFSI/Loans vertical.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with MIS/reporting expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

  • Flexibility to work

    6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory)

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to

    Mysore, Karnataka

    .
