We are looking for a talented and visionary Manager – Technology to lead and drive the digital transformation journey at Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FinTech / NBFC systems, cloud platforms, and digital product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of our FinTech lending platform
• Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-based systems for lending operations
• Drive AI/ML adoption, digital banking applications, and payment solutions
• Collaborate with business & leadership teams to align technology with company goals
• Ensure data security, compliance, and high system performance
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate new technologies, and implement innovative tools
• Lead the IT team towards automation and efficient process management

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 Years in FinTech / NBFC Technology / IT Systems
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Location: Bazaari Global Finance Ltd, 409, Eco Star, Vishweshwar Nagar, Goregaon East, Mumbai
• CTC: ₹5 LPA
