Key Responsibilities:

Verify loan applications and check all property & KYC documents
Conduct credit assessment and evaluate customer eligibility as per policy
Coordinate with sales team & legal/technical team for file processing
Maintain loan files, reports and ensure timely disbursement
Ensure compliance with NBFC / banking norms

Requirements:

Experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan credit is preferred
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Basic Excel and computer knowledge required
Knowledge of loan policies and property verification is an advantage
