Collection Manager

The role involves managing loan EMI collections, following up with customers for pending payments, and maintaining accurate collection records. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable with field visits and tele-calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for loan EMI / overdue payment collection
• Conduct field visits and telephonic reminders for pending dues
• Maintain collection reports and update payment status in system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment settlements and escalations

Requirements:

• Experience in Loan / Credit Card / NBFC collection preferred
• Communication and negotiation skills are essential
• Basic Excel and documentation knowledge required
• Willingness for field collection work if needed
