Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Manager Talent Acquisition. The role involves developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organizational hiring needs. The Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, collaborating with leadership to identify skill requirements, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. They will also leverage data to enhance recruitment processes, build a strong employer brand, and ensure alignment with organizational values and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, hiring processes, and talent acquisition strategy development
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection
• Ability to utilize data insights to optimize recruitment workflows and decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of employer branding and building relationships within professional networks
• Adept at working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree in a relevant area is preferred
