The main KRAs would include:
- Handling Non-technical hirings across all levels
- Implementing Talent acquisition strategies
- Sourcing profiles through different channels
- Interviewing and Evaluating candidates
- Capacity planning, Budgeting and Stakeholder management
- Managing end to end Recruitment Process
- Implementing effective resource practices
- Talent Market mapping
- Review manpower planning and recruitment needs for different divisions
- Succession planning and Talent development
- Employer Branding
- Vendor Management
- Etc
- An ideal candidate would be a Management and/or Engineering Graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience in hard core Talent acquisition and Recruitment operations.
- Should have been exposed to Non - Technical hirings across levels and across functions with proven track record.
- Should be capable of driving numbers, stakeholder management.
