Job Description

Role Overview

The Manager Talent Acquisition will lead international hiring efforts with a strong specialization in the UAE market. This role requires expertise in sourcing and hiring talent across borders, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    international hiring strategies

    with focus on the UAE and Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain a global talent pipeline through headhunting, international job boards, social media, and recruitment partners.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and deliver on high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas candidates including

    visa, relocation, and onboarding processes

    in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Partner with international recruitment agencies and universities to attract diverse global talent.
  • Lead

    employer branding initiatives

    to position the company as an employer of choice in the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Track global recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with

    UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and cross-border hiring policies

  • Guide and mentor recruitment team members on best practices in international sourcing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years in

    international hiring

    .
  • Strong specialization in UAE/GCC recruitment and labor market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience managing

    end-to-end overseas recruitment

    (visa, relocation, compliance).
  • Established network with recruitment partners and agencies in the UAE and globally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS, global recruitment platforms, and HRMS.
