Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 - 14 years of proven expertise in staffing and niche skill hiring, to lead our recruitment efforts for the GCC market. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and team management. This role is based in Gurugram and will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across functions.

As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing hiring pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to fulfil workforce needs. You will lead a team of recruiters, ensure adherence to SLAs, and continuously improve hiring processes to attract top talent.

Role description

- Lead and manage hiring initiatives for specific offshore BUs covering clients in EU and NA regions

- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for GCC markets.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans.

- Drive recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.

- Monitor team performance and guide team on day-to-day operations

- Contribute as individual contributors for strategic roles

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding.

- Manage vendor relationships and campus hiring partnerships as needed.

- Involve in market research and keep oneself updated in latest hiring trends and best practices

Required skills and Experience:

- 1014 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on niche skills hiring

- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in HR is preferred.

- Prior experience hiring for GCC markets is highly desirable.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

- Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
