Job Description

Manage the complete Recruitment life cycle. of the B2C employees by ensuring smooth HR Operations Bulk, Mass & Volume Hiring, joining formalities, Exits and Transfers. • Engage with employees through frequent visits and meeting Sales/DC teams. • Conduct periodic one-on-one interactions with key stakeholders to understand their concerns, challenges, and expectations. • Plan and execute employee engagement activities like team connects with leadership, R&R etc. • Handle employees grievances and retention (Should have good sourcing experience in blue collar employees (Bikers & Associates) hiring. • Exposure in empaneling & handling Vendors for blue collar hiring. Drive the appraisal process for Regional B2C employees. • Experience in team handling.
