Position Overview

We seek an experienced Accounts Manager for our PET bottle washing line and plastic recycling operations to oversee financial strategy, statutory compliances, and industry-specific reporting. This senior role ensures robust account finalization, tax compliance, and bank liaisons in the plastics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finalization of accounts, stock valuation and submission of stock statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for seamless financial closures and tax audits.​
• Oversee GST filing (GSTR-1/3B/9), TDS deductions/remittances, return filings, and compile comprehensive data for statutory audits.​
• Manage bank dealings.
• Maintain fixed assets registers, process payroll, and ensure all statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, labor laws).​
• Handle exports documentation expertise: IEC compliance, LUTs, shipping bills, EPCG/RODTEP incentives etc.
• Perform month-end/year-end reconciliations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ICWA/CA, MBA – Finance, or M.Com with 5-7 years in accounts, including GST/TDS expertise.​
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel, GST/TDS portals.
• Strong analytical skills, deadline management, and communication for strategic interactions with banks, auditors, and clients.​
• Experience in manufacturing Industry is a must
