Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to drive revenue and business growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic & international API markets.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to optimize strategies.
  
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals ensuring profitability.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and regulatory compliance.
  
• Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  
• Drive brand visibility and digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, content, social media, campaigns).
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales & marketing team.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  
• 15+ years of proven experience in API / Pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  
• Strong track record in revenue growth, new business acquisition, and global market development.
  
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH) and API markets.
  
• Experience in international sales & handling regulatory complexities.
  
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
