Job Description

*Lawyers from Law firms are preferred with exposure to Automobile/Automotive industry

Key responsibilities:

Thorough Civil cases including but not limited to commercial suit, recovery suits, civil cases
Expertise in managing large consumer cases portfolios on PAN India basis
Excellent in drafting the notices, replies, written statements, evidence, other legal documents
Thorough in Civil, criminal, consumer, arbitration related laws
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
Coordinating with legal firms for their empanelment in litigation matters
Communicate and negotiate with external parties - regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.
Pro active in highlighting the risks to management
Monitor legal developments which may affect business operations and provide appropriate legal advice and support in relation to such issues
Maintain cordial relations with various authorities and develop a strong network to further the organization's interests

Person Specification:

LLB/ LLM with experience in Civil, criminal, arbitration, recovery and Consumer litigation
Expert in Civil, Criminal, arbitration, consumer protection laws
Familiar with Corporate legal practices
