Role & responsibilities 1) Manage Pre-Sales and CRM system development from ideation to delivery. 2) Thorough understanding of Pre Sales & CRM process from Company, Dealer and Customer perspective. 3) Manage multiple vendors and project simultaneously along with regular work. 4) Manage Third Party Integration with C4C and CPI 5) Complete ownership of C4C, CPI, CDC & CDP, Product roadmap and health are primary parameters. 6) Any Maintenance and Upgrade activities at C4C & CPI to be done smoothly without impacting the regular business (Internal & SAP Maintenance). 7) Put on Solution Architect” hat when team is unable to find the technical solution and approach. 8) Cross- functional stakeholder management. (CRM, Call Centre, Sales, Marketing, Service, Sales Planning, Procurement, Plant IT team, Legal). 9) In depth understanding of existing system and new developments from technical and functional perspective. 10) Documentation of system processes & technical architecture 111) DLT, SMS and WhatsApp portal management (Update templates/headers, URL whitelisting as per TRAI regulations). Must have Skills 1) C4C Techno-Functional 2) CPI and Postman basic knowledge and hands-on 3) Vendor Management 4) Effective communication Skills 5) Stakeholder Management 6) Analytical Thinking
