Job Description Support reporting manager to manage the cross functional program team (including Engineering, CEM, Purchasing, Quality, Mfg., Finance, Supply chain, etc.) to achieve program objectives (quality, timing, cost, program deliveries, etc.). Coordinate global resource and domestic resource to align on objectives and executions. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of global communication. To prepare, define, plan and track all cross functional and cross region project activities from planning to Launch and Post Launch activities for Vehicles. Responsibility Ensure Interaction with stakeholder from Marketing, Engineering, Development, Manufacturing and Quality to customer to set the Project prerequisites. Review coordination with project each stakeholder for Project initiation, planning, execution, and final closures Ensure and Prepare and Track Project stage wise deliverables and Present for clearance at each gate with Senior Management. Determine the risk, risk Analysis and mitigation Plan for the crucial timeline Projects. Monitor and Track cost/Budget and quality deliverables of each Gateway throughout the life cycle of project. Facilitate Driving KD Cut -Off syndication and Implementation. S kills & knowledge Exposure in automotive industry (Passenger vehicle) SExcellent Interpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge for Programs coordination activities. Adapt in Powerpoint, Excel Presentations. Planning and data management software knowledge (Ex. MS project, Onenote) is a plus. Role & responsibilities 1. Floor conveyor, Overhead conveyer, Car Body Handling System Planning, feasibility Study for new product, Technical Bid Package Preparation, Bids Evaluations, Scheduling , Project Execution, Buyoff , Billing & Contract Closure. 2. Implementation of Body, Paint & GA Shop Conveyor and Rail & Hoist System. 3. Estimation and Costing for New Conveyer System New Product Program & modification in existing conveyor system. 4. Conveyer Side MPS Preparation, Estimation planning & Project scheduling 5. Project Management Capex Budget for CCR Function. 6. Design Review with Contractor & Approving the Design as per MG Conveyer Standards. 7. Develop Standard Specification for New Conveyer System and Continuous Improvement. 8. Modification of existing Conveyer System, Body handling equipment hangers, Trolleys . 9. Implementation of MG Conveyer Standards & GDHS Preferred candidate profile Good experience in Conveyer System (floor and overhead), Rail & hoist system load calculation and lay-outing, conveyor type selection Good skill in Conveyer System specification design & type of components selection. Hands on experience of Installation & commissioning of new conveyor system. Experience in Hanger and body trolley modification to accommodate new models/ new projects Experience in conveyor standards development, Estimation and Costing of conveyor system Project Management Basic Knowledge of Electrical & Control System for Conveyer Interlock Hands on experience on CAD, UG and MS project software

Role & responsibilities 1) Manage Pre-Sales and CRM system development from ideation to delivery. 2) Thorough understanding of Pre Sales & CRM process from Company, Dealer and Customer perspective. 3) Manage multiple vendors and project simultaneously along with regular work. 4) Manage Third Party Integration with C4C and CPI 5) Complete ownership of C4C, CPI, CDC & CDP, Product roadmap and health are primary parameters. 6) Any Maintenance and Upgrade activities at C4C & CPI to be done smoothly without impacting the regular business (Internal & SAP Maintenance). 7) Put on Solution Architect” hat when team is unable to find the technical solution and approach. 8) Cross- functional stakeholder management. (CRM, Call Centre, Sales, Marketing, Service, Sales Planning, Procurement, Plant IT team, Legal). 9) In depth understanding of existing system and new developments from technical and functional perspective. 10) Documentation of system processes & technical architecture 111) DLT, SMS and WhatsApp portal management (Update templates/headers, URL whitelisting as per TRAI regulations).
