Job Description

Job Location - Kandivali

Job Profile:

Assist in obtaining all pre-construction, construction, and post-construction approvals (e.g., IOD, CC,

OC, Environmental Clearance, Fire NOC, etc.).

Prepare and submit applications, documentation, and follow-ups with concerned government

bodies.

To keep the record of Work-in progress.
To keep up-to-date records of all the project files & files the concerned
documents/papers as per Index.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and local building codes.
Maintain an updated database of approvals, permissions, and related documentation.
Work closely with project, legal, and design teams to ensure all documents are ready for

submission.

Provide updates on approval timelines and highlight potential delays.

Monitor the status of all applications and escalate any critical bottlenecks to senior management.
Prepare regular MIS reports on approval progress and liaisoning activities.
To keep the record as per Quality management Services

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of real estate regulatory processes, approvals, and compliance norms.
Good documentation and follow-up skills.
Strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
