Role & responsibilities:

1) Manage a variety of cases and tasks with a commitment on contracts, land issues, dispute resolutions and others as required from time to time. Primarily land & Revenue Matters.

2) Drafting and vetting Plaints, Written Statements, Draft of Issues, Re-joinder, Petitions, Applications, MOU, Statement of Claim, Demand Notice etc

3) Liasoning with Police Dept. and other law enforcement authorities for filing Police Complaints, First Information Report etc.

4) Having reasonable knowledge in Corporate Laws,Contract Management .

5) Anticlerical study and Interpret legal information to establish the sound legal system

6) Negotiate, review and assess the risk for legal implication and recommend for necessary modification

7)Generate legal MIS, cost analysis, identify risks & suggest alternative arrangement to mitigate risks

8) Maintaining liaison with statutory and legal authorities including Govt. Dept. under Factories Act and official liquidators, State Ministry of Industry, Electricity Board to follow-up and expedite Company's interest.

Qualification: LLB, LLM

Experience:20+ years
