Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Processing:

  Timely and accurate processing of payments to employees, vendors, and government authorities.

• Monthly Finalization:

  Preparation and finalization of monthly financial statements along with variance analysis reports.

• Board Support & MIS:

  Prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings; manage regular MIS reporting.

• Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

  Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and personal income tax regulations.

• TDS, MCA, ROC Compliance:

  Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and return filing for TDS; handle statutory filings under MCA/ROC.

• Related Party Transactions:

  Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations governing related party dealings.

• Expense Provisions:

  Accurate provisioning of expenses in accordance with accounting standards.

• Taxation:

  Working knowledge and compliance with GST and Income Tax laws.

• ERP System Knowledge:

  Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification:

  CA / CMA

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant finance/accounting role.
