JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate qualified leads for all active projects.
• Build, onboard & manage a strong network of Channel Partners, IPCs, digital aggregators, and referral partners.
• Conduct CP meetings, property briefings, and site visits for engagement and lead activation.
• Explore alternate lead sources – corporate tie-ups, societies, influencers, resident referral programs, and proptech platforms.
• Track and optimize lead performance, conversion ratios, and source-wise ROI.
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing to share accurate project updates and ensure smooth lead handover.
• Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and CRM data for all sourcing activities.
• Stay updated on competitor sourcing strategies and market intelligence.
• Ensure process compliance, documentation, and CP incentive management.
• Lead and mentor the sourcing team to achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or business development.
• Strong network with CPs/IPCs and market influencers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and lead tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
