Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager, Packaging Sourcing - India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging sourcing and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the packaging sourcing process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Develop and implement strategies to improve packaging operations and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging sourcing or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
