Manager - Sourcing

Purpose/Objective

The Sales Sourcing Specialist in the Real Estate industry in Mumbai will play a key role in identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the real estate market in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales sourcing within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Identify potential clients in the Mumbai real estate market through market research and networking - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities - Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Real Estate certification or relevant courses preferredMinimum of 6 years of experience in sales sourcing within the Real Estate industry - Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients - Minimum of 16 years of experience in sales sourcing within the Real Estate industry
