Job Description

As a Field Operations Manager at KONE, your role involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the region. You will be responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of the Service Team, focusing on developing personnel by ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement against regional targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Coaching technical-oriented Supervisors to be customer-, service-, and result-oriented Line Managers - Selection, training, and continuous qualification of employees - Dealing with complaints and continuous supervision of customer satisfaction - Developing actions based on market analysis and creating business plans with budget planning and control for individual Service Supervisors and product groups In terms of sales, you will be responsible for: 1. Service repairs and sales in the Service Sector of the region 2. Ensuring Renegotiations by proactively caring for existing customers and securing maintenance portfolio profitability 3. Securing NBS conversions to ensure zero NBS conversions are lost Additionally, you will ensure that Service Supervisors allocate fitters based on maintenance planning, ensure safety compliance, and provide services as per contract agreements. You will also oversee emergency service organization, technical safety inspections, and continuous improvement of work processes.
