Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO/ASO Manager to lead and scale our organic growth initiatives across web and mobile. The ideal candidate will own the complete SEO ASO strategy, manage cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, app installs, and discoverability.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical ability, and leadership experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy Execution-
Develop and own the end-to-end SEO strategy for acquisition, engagement, and organic growth.

Lead website audits, technical SEO improvements, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Build high-impact keyword strategies mapped to product funnels and business goals.

Drive on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building and authority growth initiatives.

Collaborate with product, tech, and content teams to implement SEO best practices at scale.

Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.

Own reporting dashboards for traffic, rankings, conversions, and organic acquisition metrics.
ASO Strategy Execution-
Lead ASO strategy for Google Play Apple App Store to increase organic installs and visibility.

Plan and optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) and conversion elements (screenshots, icons, videos).

Conduct and evaluate A/B experiments across store listings.

Track and improve daily/weekly install trends and retention KPIs.

Benchmark against competitors and update strategies based on app ecosystem trends.
Leadership Cross-Functional Management-
Lead and mentor SEO/ASO executives or agencies.

Manage external vendors, tools, and performance budgets.

Partner with design, tech, and product to drive coordinated organic growth outcomes.

Build scalable processes for keyword research, audits, reporting, and store optimization.
Performance Monitoring Reporting-
Create monthly SEO/ASO performance reports for leadership.

Track keyword movements, traffic changes, install conversion rates, and attribution data.

Identify gaps and drive initiatives to continuously optimize growth metrics.
Skills Qualifications-
5–10+ years of hands-on SEO/ASO experience, preferably in high-growth consumer or fintech apps.

Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, schema, CWV, sitemaps, log analysis).

Expertise with SEO ASO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Screaming Frog, etc.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage teams/agencies.

Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data tools, dashboards, and experimentation.

Excellent written communication and strategy presentation skills.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JS is a plus.
