WeWork India is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Sales to help lead its sales efforts in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with running the team targets along with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company deals directly as we'll as through channel partners. The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market. Roles and Responsibilities: Managing a team of seasoned sales professionals Owning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall portfolio health is maintained Lead generation and prospecting Cultivating midsize and large business relationships Utilize innovative and creative sales tactics to run and close a transaction Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members Intra City travel along with travel to different WeWork buildings regularly Focus on the growth and development of their team Drive and guide their team to attain the assigned goals Education and Desired Qualifications: 8-9 years of experience in Commercial real estate Leasing/Sales Must have experience in managing a sales team Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships Ability to penetrate new markets Demonstrates good sales hygiene Experience with Salesforce is a plus College/University graduate with a 4-year degree preferred
