Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct physical security risk assessments across facilities to identify vulnerabilities.
Design and implement physical security controls such as surveillance systems (CCTV), access control systems, intrusion detection, and perimeter defenses.
Manage security contractors and coordinate with facilities and IT for integrated security operations.
Develop and enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms; conduct investigations as required.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Maintain and test security systems and ensure proper functionality.
Lead or support physical security audits, drills, and training programs.
Prepare reports on incidents, trends, and risk mitigation strategies for leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Legal, IT, EHS) and external partners (law enforcement, vendors).
