Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Manager - Sales at True Value Homes. The Manager - Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager - Sales will also collaborate with marketing teams to optimize sales campaigns and report on sales metrics regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation Skills
• Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Target Achievement, and Sales Presentations
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing Teams and optimize sales campaigns
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
