As a Sales Operations Manager at NetCom Learning, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing processes, and leading a high-performing sales team. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for leading a sales team with a $5M+ annual quota, actively managing deals from discovery to closure. Balancing strategy and execution, you will mentor your team while actively engaging in high-value deals. Your role will involve recruiting, coaching, and inspiring top sales talent to create a collaborative and results-driven environment. Additionally, you will implement scalable processes, optimize workflows, and leverage CRM/analytics for data-driven decisions. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure seamless delivery, client success, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of sales professionals with ambitious yet achievable sales targets - Actively participate in closing enterprise-level deals and own a $5M+ annual sales quota - Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize pipeline conversion and revenue growth - Design, implement, and optimize sales processes for scalability and efficiency - Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy - Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent - Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews - Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role - Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management - Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving team performance - Skilled in CRM systems, pipeline management, and process optimization - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach - Experience in IT, SaaS, or training services preferred Joining NetCom Learning will offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization at the forefront of learning and technology.
