Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer & Distributor Development

   
   
   • 
     

     Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in targeted regions.

   
   
   • 
     

     Ensure dealers and distributors meet agreed sales, service, and branding standards.

   
   
   • 
     

     Conduct market mapping to identify gaps and opportunities.

   
   
   
   



2. Sales & Revenue Growth

   
   
   • 
     

     Drive sales of inverters and solar modules through channel partners.

   
   
   • 
     

     Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

   
   
   • 
     

     Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

   
   
   
   



3. Relationship Management

   
   
   • 
     

     Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

   
   
   • 
     

     Provide regular training, product knowledge sessions, and sales support.

   
   
   • 
     

     Handle escalations and ensure high partner satisfaction.

   
   
   
   



4. Channel Operations & Support

   
   
   • 
     

     Ensure timely supply chain, stock availability, and order fulfilment.

   
   
   • 
     

     Monitor secondary sales and ensure proper inventory management at the distributor level.

   
   
   • 
     

     Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, marketing, and after-sales service support.

   
   
   
   

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  

  Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.



• 
  

  4 8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in solar/inverter, electrical, or power sector.



• 
  

  Proven track record in developing dealer and distributor networks.



• 
  

  Strong knowledge of solar inverters, modules, and related products.
