Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely solution delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present account status reports.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profit.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in Hunting or similar role.
  • Need candidates with Direct Sales experience and not inside sales or international sales.
  • Candidate should have worked in the domestic market for direct sales with BFSI & Enterprise Customers like Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Retail/Ecom, Pharma & Healthcare, etc.
  • Should have knowledge in IT Sales i.e understanding of either Managed Service, FMS & Cloud Services or Software Sales or BPO sales
