Manager - Sales

As the central coordinator for milk product sales operations across multiple locations in the assigned region, your role will be based at the Corporate Office. Your primary responsibilities will include driving overall sales performance, ensuring regional execution aligns with strategic plans, and supporting Location Sales Managers (LSMs) in achieving volume, market share, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate strategic sales activities - Rollout promotions and schemes - Track secondary sales data and distributor performance through LSMs - Drive expansion in underserved markets through strategic initiatives - Monitor product-wise performance and pricing adherence - Ensure adoption of digital tools and reporting systems - Conduct reviews with LSMs on sales, distributor performance, and competition intelligence Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years in a regional sales role or multi-location oversight role - Working experience in the Southern region - Strong grasp of FMCG field sales systems and distributor management The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong business acumen, cross-location coordination skills, effective communication, reporting, and presentation abilities, as well as a data-driven mindset with a strong analytical orientation.,
