This role is pivotal in ensuring that our facilities are fully prepared to deliver high-quality products from day one. You’ll collaborate across functions, drive technical excellence, and ensure compliance with global standards.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead RTO Execution: Oversee Ready-to-Operate (RTO) planning and implementation from design through startup, ensuring operational readiness before go-live.
- Develop Systems & Procedures: Create and implement readiness checklists, commissioning strategies, SOPs, training programs, and digital tools.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Drive safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while engaging key stakeholders.
- Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, manage ramp-up and continuity plans, and ensure stable operations post-startup.
- Manage Product Transfers: Lead end-to-end product transfer processes including audits, validation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee Change & Validation: Direct technology transfer, equipment and method qualification, change management, training, and post-transfer performance monitoring.
You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, project management, or product transfers.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory frameworks, and tech transfer processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with MES, ERP, LIMS, and PLM systems is a plus.
