Manager – Revenue Assurance Project Management

This position is pivotal in managing and executing renewal-related projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enhancing processes to improve policyholder engagement and retention. You'll be the driving force behind our renewal strategy, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact.

Designation- Manager – Revenue Assurance Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor SLAs and maintain project documentation.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve blockers.

3. Data & Reporting

• Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts.
• Create MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.

4. Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and IRDAI regulations.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred.
