Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Research located in Mumbai. The Manager - Research will be responsible for conducting extensive market research, designing questionnaires, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data related to wealth and entrepreneurship, developing research methodologies, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. The role involves collaboration with various departments to support Hurun India's published lists and research reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills and Market Research skills
• Proficiency in Research and developing Questionnaire Design
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Experience in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education:

   B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.

• Experience:

   Minimum 

  10+ years

   of relevant experience with proven leadership in handling research projects and teams.
