About the Role

• Position: Sr. Manager / Manager – Research
• Location: Navi Mumbai, Airoli
• Reporting to: Director
• Education: MBA (Marketing / Finance / Strategy / etc.) (Preferably from Tier-I/II B-School)

1. Experience

   - 8 to 12 years of experience in consulting, market research / syndicated research products (Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Product Subscription business not just services)

Experience must include

1. Team Management Experience

   – must have handled a team of at least 15 to 20 people

2. Solutions Experience

   – It's desirable to have 2 years of experience around solutioning for deals and building proposals
3. Strong organizational and strategic skills with an analytical mindset
4. Proven contribution to the firm in non-project areas (such as knowledge management, people development etc.)
