1. Identify and onboard new referral doctors, polyclinics, nursing homes, and independent practitioners.
2. Maintain strong relationships through structured doctor engagement plans.
3. Conduct regular visits and networking meetings to generate consistent referrals.
1. Drive IPD admissions, surgeries, and specialty-wise revenue through doctor referrals.
2. Monitor referral conversion trends and ensure continuous improvement.
3. Develop strategies to revive inactive referral sources.
1. Organize CMEs, health talks, clinical outreach programs, and hospital walkthroughs for external doctors.
2. Coordinate with Marketing for promotional materials and digital outreach targeting referral base.
3. Manage marketing campaigns focused on high-potential specialties (Cardiac, Neurology, Orthopedics, etc.).
1. Collaborate with Operations and Medical Services teams to ensure high satisfaction for referred patients.
2. Resolve service issues, billing concerns, or delays raised by referral doctors promptly.
3. Gather feedback and maintain strong communication with referral partners.
1. Maintain updated CRM database of all referral partners and their contribution.
2. Publish weekly/monthly MIS reports on referral volumes, specialties, and doctor performance.
3. Analyze patterns to guide business development strategy and investments.
1. Coordinate with ambulance providers, diagnostic partners, and specialty clinics for referral channel strengthening.
2. Ensure alignment with hospital protocols, brand standards, and compliance.
