Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives for solar Lead negotiations and finalize contracts for critical solar modules, Projects items and BoP items. Establish long-term partnerships with global and domestic suppliers to ensure security of supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
Build and manage a robust vendor base, ensuring supplier diversity, sustainability, and compliance. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and contractual commitments.
Drive cost optimization through strategic negotiations, , localization, and alternate sourcing. Benchmark prices, analyze market trends, and anticipate supply chain risks.
Lead and mentor the procurement team across corporate and site functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Ensure procurement practices comply with corporate governance, statutory regulations, and sustainability goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
