Job Description  Ø Role: Project & Operations Manager   Ø Work Experience: 2 - 5 Years   Ø Industry Type: Hotels & Restaurants   Ø Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent   Ø Education: Graduate, Diploma in Civil / Mechanical or Interior Graduate   Ø Salary: INR 12000/- to 20000/-   Job Summary: The Project & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process of setting up new franchise locations & Office operations. This role involves coordination with various teams, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and delivering successful and efficient franchise launches. He/she is pivotal in expanding the franchise network while maintaining consistency and quality across all locations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. Site Selection and Evaluation: Collaborate with the real estate team to identify suitable franchise locations. Evaluate potential sites based on market research, demographics, and brand suitability. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines throughout the franchise setup process. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements or issues. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage external vendors for construction, interior design, and other related services. Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery. Local Purchase activities in regards to construction material and Outlet material. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Identify and address any budgetary concerns or deviations from the plan. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates and reports to management. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that each franchise location meets the brand's standards. Conduct post-launch evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the franchise setup process. Work proactively to find solutions and keep the project on track.  Day-to-day office operations: ·        Purchasing of raw material from Vendors. ·        Sales of raw materials to Franchisee outlets. ·        Invoicing and recovery of payments from outlets and clients. ·        Responsible for health, safety & environment. ·        Handling tele-callers and conversion of leads generated. ·        Agreement drafting & preparation.   Note – THOSE READY TO TRAVEL PAN-INDIA SHOULD ONLY APPLY.
